No matter your fitness level, age, gym access, or crazy schedule…you deserve a workout plan that meets you where you’re at. That’s why Women’s Health teamed up with fitness icons Denise and Katie Austin to create the 2024 Strength Transformation Challenge—a 31-day plan that takes out the guesswork of planning workouts, offers physical wins, and lets you jumpstart the year with joy.
Get this: The Strength Transformation Challenge is the first time the pair has joined forces for a workout program. “We wanted to build a challenge that combined our unique workout styles and energies, but one that also felt accessible, scalable, and fun for anyone,” says Katie. “Everyone can do this program,” Denise adds. Over the next month, you’ll strengthen your body from head to toe—we’re talking rock-solid glutes, strong arms, a core that pops. You in?

Meet Your Coaches
The mother-daughter duo hardly need an intro (but we’ll give you one). At 66, Denise has been a leader in fitness for over 40 years and a champion for women staying active at all ages. She is also the founder of Fit Over 50 at DeniseAustin.com.
Katie, 30, a former D1 lacrosse player, is a fitness instructor, creator of the Katie Austin App, a sports and event host, and a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model. (Learn more at Katieaustin.TV.)
Together, their infectious energy and bond will guide you through the month-long strength program.
What’s In Store
The challenge features six exclusive follow-along video workouts ranging from 10 to 30 minutes, with four of the workouts slated each week (see the downloadable and printable workout calendar next) for the duration of the challenge. Shift around, add, or scale back days as you need. The themes here: consistency, motivation, and personalization.
What you need: a set of dumbbells and a mat. That’s it!
